(A Random Post)

There is this stupid “mod” for Facebook that lets you review movies. It has pretty pictures, so I was drawn to it immediately. Anyways, I started hammering out some reviews of movies I’ve watched/re-watched this summer, and decided to share some with you. And yes, my first post in ages that isn’t just a one-sentence-plus-hyperlink is reused material. That is just how I roll.

.: Presenting Haiku Movie Reviews

Fact that He Deliberately Ignores), or HMRbFSWiWAttCiNO(aFtHDI) for your
convenience :.

Knocked Up
Some bum bags Heigl.
It gives dudes like me some hope.
Self-delusion’s fun!

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Dark and less wimpy.
Better than shitty “Goblet.”
Climax: wizard porn.

Like Anderson films?
Then you will likely love this.
If not, then you won’t.

The Royal Tenenbaums
Anderson’s best flick.
Better as it gets older.
Like wine… or women.

Wicker Park
Hot, fucked up people.
Love makes you do crazy things?
More like creepy things.

The Departed
A gripping thriller.
It proves Leo’s worth a damn.
Unlike Titanic.

Everyone’s so mean.
It is almost comical.
Like they’re racist clowns.

Great start, bad ending.
Gorgeous film starring the sun.
It’s never been so hot.

28 Days Later
Has zombies on crack.
But really a parable:
Man – the real monster.

[cue sound effect: duh duh duh]

28 Weeks Later

The first was awesome.
The sequel’s not warranted.
Good thing Rose Byrne’s hot.

Hot chicks and good jokes.
Alas, too many humans.
Not enough robots.

Hot Rod
The film’s retarded.
Rod wipes out on bike and pukes.
Intrigued? Then watch it.

P.S. I don’t know what the deal is with that extra space before the title. Oh well.

Destined to fight the world's evil, The WAMBAG endures massive battles involving impossible stunts, races on horse-pulled carriages, and the desecration of enchanting medieval castles (all done with dizzying computer graphics). Not only does the eye candy keep on coming, the tongue-in-cheek writing and deep Transylvanian accents perfect the film with a dose of dark humor.

Tagboard (!?!)

Apparently PHP7 doesn't support the same function calls I wrote in 2008? I should fix this at some point.
